Day 1 was a powerful and important start.

The conversation sets the healing template and cognitive tone for our 21 days and creates tremendous possibilities for your amazing mind to take on.

The transformation is profound just from the conversation...

THEN the healing journey creates a potent awakening of your power. 

You will claim your power in this first healing session... and re-cognize who you are and your importance.

...Which, in turn, creates an opening to change your circumstances.

This is a WOW start.

Here are your Exercises for Day 1 (note: the first day has the most. It will only be one per day from now on):

#1 Start your journal to begin your self-assessment and track your progress.

Open by writing down and answering these three questions:

1 What is the source of my stress, anxiety and overwhelm?
2. What would being in ease and freedom look like?
3. What will being in this program provide for me?

#2: Create a page called Your "What is Right" Tracker. 
Each day, write down at least 1 thing that is right in your life... a pet, a loved one, a favorite pillow, a pen that works great. Capture 1 thing that is right and good. If you can capture more than 1 thing each day, that is good. If you capture the same thing each day, that works too. Yet see if you can expand your point of view each day to include more.

#3 Write down the questions you are asking the universe. 
Capture the "story" type of questions that keep repeating in your mind; questions like, "how do I change, get over, get rid of etc.," or "why is this happening to me" or the question that is the form of the story of what is wrong in your life. ...Questions that you may want to ask me about how to change. Capture these and notice how you feel when you write them. Notice the mind in action. Notice the beliefs behind each question.

Day 2 - Stress Release
Day 2 started with ME having a stress meltdown... right in front of you. Yay, me! (ugh) :)

Know that I am right there with you.

This revealed an important piece of the puzzle... feel into the moment. Allow the upset in the moment to simply be felt.

Day 2 will have you starting to understand the mechanisms of your stress and, below, you will find a worksheet to use each day to start relieving your daily stress.

Stress needs a pressure valve to release the pent up energy and this worksheet is a great way to address this.

The Spontaneous Transformation Technique (STT) Healing for stress sparks profound transformation and creates a new field of being.

Through this healing, you will receive and embrace the diamond of truth which you are.

Today’s Exercise:
What would it be like if there were no stress?

Notice, after you read that question, where did your mind go? Did you immediately think, “That’s impossible… my circumstances will never allow it.” Or did you go into the energy of no stress as a possibility?

The idea is to start noticing where your mind takes you. Once you “have” that understanding, you can now make a new choice for a new thought.

With that insight, go back into the exercise… try it, pretend, see it as a purely fictional experience: What would it be like if there were no stress? Feel it, allow it in, pretend it's true. Notice what that feels like. Capture that moment and describe what it feels like in your journal throughout this Day.

Day 3 - Uninstalling Complaining
Day 3 is your start to a "no complaining zone." For the next 3 days, you will track any complaints you have... noticing the complaining, the why you are complaining, and notice, if you can, where it comes from, and capture this in your journal.

Day 3 is also the start of going to your neural pathway gym. You'll notice when the stress and overwhelm rear up and, instead of diving into it deeper, you'll pause, make a new decision and use the resistance in that moment to make a new choice.

You can now go to the recent new tools of your amazing divine qualities... the stress release created during the STT healing from Day 2, plus the Stress Alleviator Worksheet. 

These tools are in your new "gym," which allows you to use this "resistance" and change the pattern.

You are also about to be guided to the reason why complaining is part of your framework of coping. 

It's all about to change as you see and honor the learned behavior and "uninstall" it, cutting the strings of attachment from where you learned it...

And, in this process, you'll free yourself as you remember the freedom and truth of who you really are.

WOW, this was a big transformation.

Today's Exercise:
Listen to the bonus call #2 above and note in your journal the amazing qualities that make up your soul. Play with them, allow them in, notice various times in your life when these qualities were apparent. Bring those positive memories forward.

Day 4 - Just The Facts
Wow, you're doing so great!

Day 4 allows us to explore today's homework of "just the facts..." 

You will explore what that looks like and how to apply it... and you'll have a sense of the amazing amount of energy it takes to complain or point out what's wrong in your life. 

You may even start to have a better understanding of why you might be feeling tired or sick.

A potent STT healing session creates an enormous emotional and transformational release to create further space in your field of being... that, in turn, allows for more peace and calm to naturally happen.

Remember, all the tools we've played with through our 4 Days so far are now in your conscious mind... 

Now, as you move through your day, when the spiral of upset and overwhelm presents itself, these tools are available to use at a moments notice.

Today’s Exercise:
Today, you will discover an alternative to complaining. Your beautiful mind will simply explore the absolute facts of your situation. It will name the facts in a succinct, orderly fashion with no hyperbole, no sacrifice, no drama… “just the facts, ma’am.” So here’s how that might look:
 
Just the fact version: “I lost my diamond ring… it seems I can’t find it. I’m sad about that.” (You feel the sadness.)
 
...versus the complaining version and pointing at what's wrong model: “My mom's diamond ring, which has been passed down from generations, was lost because my stupid husband didn't think to ask if I should remove it before my massage. Now I am lost without it; I might be disowned from the family. I can never go to another family event again. Why, oh why God, did this happen to me?! How could my husband not have supported me in this? He KNEW how important this was and that the ring was a little loose since I lost some weight. Oh my God, why is my life such a disaster?”
 
Just the facts will lighten the load of upset tremendously. Practice this as part of your “3-Day No Complaining Diet.”

Your Day 4 Player & Downloads

Day 5 -Overcoming Powerlessness
 
Today, you will play with the exercise of tapping into the "indicators of stress" which allow you to have the space to make a new choice in that moment when the indicator reveals what's up (more below in the exercise section).

The Spontaneous Transformation Technique Session for Day 5 is about to support a healing and unwinding of the part of you that feel powerless in the face of life's circumstances.

You are about to claim your power and even do so in front of this community.

Another huge breakthrough day is waiting for you.

Day 5 Exercise:

I’d like for you to start a new page in your journal today... Begin capturing the indicators of stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
 
For the next 7 days, write down what you are noticing. There are always “tells” which give you a hint that stress is building.
 
My friend Mary was sharing that she noticed her teeth would start clenching just before she got angry.
 
As she started noticing these tells/indicators more, she noticed that long before she started clenching her teeth (which was a sign that a burst of anger was fast approaching), she would straighten both arms and clench her fists.
 
Then she started noticing tells even before the hand clenching.
 
When we can notice and work our way back through all of our tells or indicators, and catch the first one, we can then make a new decision in the moment (using the energy-changing tools you’ve already received in our first 4 days together).
 
So, the homework is to create a “noticing the Indicators of Stress” to be able to see the signs before you even move into anger, frustration, overwhelm.
 
It will take at least 7 days to notice the backward progression of your indicators, so start today. Notice some of the physical or mental glitches that happen just before a meltdown.
 
Then notice the glitches before the next indicator and so on until you can catch the first one long before it escalates.

Day 6 - Your Life Re-Patterned
 
This is one of the most potent healing sessions to date.

As we honored that "life has been hard" and "the stress and upset is real," it led the way to something quite miraculous...

This is the day you remember, recognize and embrace your true brilliance and live it fully, creating a natural barrier of protection in love and stillness.

You will access that strong, resilient part of you that pushes through... that keeps going no matter what.

This healing session delivers a powerful time of honoring what happened "to you," allowing that part of you to create a new dance... and even growing up knowing your immense power and light.

As you grew up in your qualities of divinity and in your power, the dynamics of your life changed significantly... re-pattering everything (and there is a surprise at the end of how real this is).

You are about to create several strong and flexible new neural pathways of your power and your natural divine qualities.

Today’s Exercise:
Notice the pause starting to develop as you are faced with any kind of stress. By today (day 6), it is a potent time to start an intention-practice of noticing that there is a pause in your thinking in a moment of intensity.
 
This pause allows you to make a new choice in the moment, to subsequently think a new thought... and create a new life in the process.
 
So, the moment of upset is there. Notice it. There is a slight pause, a slight stillness. In that pause and stillness, you create more stillness by bringing your awareness to it. It’s as if your attention on the pause creates a blooming of more pause... more stillness, more space.
 
Within this space, you can think, respond, decide if you are going down the path of the old pattern and habit of destructive, stress-inducing thoughts. Or are you creating a new neural pathway by remembering your divine qualities? Or going to your stress alleviation activities? Or remembering the “diamond of truth” you've recently uncovered? Heck, even noticing the tells or indicators of stress will change the dynamic of stress.
 
All of this puts you in your true power. And doing this as a regular practice puts you in command of your life again… forever.
 
So, notice the pause. Notice the stillness waiting for you in the midst of seeming stress.

This is your first breakthrough of many to come over our 21 Days Together.

Day 7- Freedom Attunement!
What if life was completely here for you? What would that be like?

What if you lived in a benevolent universe that is here to support you? What would THAT be like?

Today, we prepared for the Freedom Attunement by playing deeply in a belief-busting rampage of "what ifs" that created remarkably deep healing and transformation.

You are about to experience a vortex of possibility so strong, it will change what is possible for you at the atomic level.

Then... prepare to change profoundly as you receive the quantum Freedom Attunement.

The support and clearing that occurred before, during and after the attunement is beyond anything I have experienced to date.

You will be, feel and sense the deep change when you open your eyes after this attunement to a world that seems quite different than just moments before.

You will feel freedom in refined nuances of healing frequencies pulsing through your physical, emotional, and mental "bodies."

This one makes a deep impact and opens the doors to a new journey for you.

Today's Exercise: Feel the Freedom Attunement working its magic. Notice it, feel as if you are allowing it in. Describe what it feels like to have this personal Freedom energy coursing through you. Notice all the nuances of this new feeling.

Day 8 - Ancestral Clearing
Day 8 was a powerful lesson in managing frustration and stress in the moment due to some challenges connecting in our new format today.

Apologies for any part I played in that, and we also get to use it...

We went on a remarkable journey to our ancestor that installed stress that was still there sat in our DNA as ancestral memories.

Our ancestor unwound the stress and claimed their power and changed their life completely... that in turn changed their children's lives into one of power...  and each generation grew this power again and again until it reached our parents and us.

We have now manifested the miraculous transformation of this ancestral line into this moment of now as that DNA stress memory released.

Today's Exercise: 

Time to revisit the questions you keep asking that don’t really have answers. Capture these "this is my story" kind of questions that keep repeating in your mind that actually cause more stress and upset. 

Good examples of this are questions like, "how do I change, get over, get rid of, etc.," or "why is this happening to me," or the question that is a form of the story of what is wrong in your life. 

Compare some of the questions you asked on Day 1 and see if they have changed. Notice how you feel when you write them. Notice the mind in action. Notice the beliefs behind each “unanswerable” question.

Day 9 - I'm An Empath
 
Day 9 was quite profound as we identified the part of the emotional upset that is not our own.

We noticed the title of "empath" and how it may not be serving us anymore.

The healing process cleared the energies out so that you could just be you.

And there were powerful techniques shared to ensure your energy remains your own.

The process then of clearing what is yours continues each day of the 21-days... at least now it is just ourselves we have to honor, love and unwind. :)

Today's Exercise:

Do you feel you are “sensitive?” There is a sea change on the planet right now; have you noticed? What if we are being asked to change the dynamic of the “empath?”

What if the time has come to be our own power and to not take on anyone else's? And what if each moment is an opportunity for you to claim YOUR power and feel your power as different from what ANYONE else is doing?

That being a sensitive or empath is changing so that you only need to be the sensative to YOU... And anything else is just a choice? What if everyone is becoming an empath to the singular, to themselves?

What if YOU are the answer, the gift, the “savior” you have been seeking? What if your brilliant divine qualities are exactly what you need... and just being you is exactly what you need most now? 

Notice what you feel when you read these words. Capture them in your journal. Notice if you are suddenly not feeling good or feeling depressed... perhaps it’s not you. And you can now start to further define you, your field, what is yours and. from this perception, know what is you and what is not.

Your Day 9 Player & Downloads

Day 10 - Ho'oponopono
 
We had a wonderfully refreshing recap of the powerful processes, healings and tools at hand to change the dynamics of stress.

You will see through Day 9 how you are changing and doing things differently.

And you'll receive an even deeper transformation from that healing.

WOW!

THEN we created enormous healing through a potent Spontaneous Transformation Technique version of Ho'oponopono.

Today’s exercise:
 
Notice if you are complaining less? Notice if you are able to access your divine qualities more and more. Notice if you are able to do so IN THE MIDST OF a stressful situation. Notice if you are able to pause before a reaction (or maybe right after one). Notice if things are subtly changing in nuanced ways. Notice if you are showing up in a regular fashion to these calls (even half of these sessions at this point is sufficient). 

If so, then take a minute right now to celebrate. What would celebration look like? Maybe a little happy dance, a little squeal of delight, and a chuckle or a minute of silence? Celebration is often missing in our day-to-day lives, so celebrate any little victory… it is all adding up to a big change.

Day 11 - The Neutral No
We've passed the halfway point and set the tone for Day 11 and beyond by tapping into the greatest resource in the world: love.
 
And we allowed that love to guide us back to our power to make choices which honor our self.
 
We focused on feelings of shame and self-loathing and learned the difference between our “stories” and their subsequent emotions, which created those feelings.
 
A potent process installed and activated a new tool within us … a “power ball,” an energetic shield for saying NO to and deflecting anything that is not in alignment with the love that we are.
 
And an STT enabled us to use our new tool to identify and dismantle any self-loathing conclusions we made about who we are.
 
We grounded our power and love into our current reality, noticing the difference in our being from just moments before this memorable session.
 
This one’s a game-changer.

Today's Exercise:
 
Notice those in your life who you point at and say “if they would just change, I would have less stress.” Notice how that puts you in immediate stress, because you are no longer in choice. They have to change in order for you to be ok… and you can’t change them. This is a vicious cycle of disappointment, right? 

So, instead, what if you can change and that is all that is needed? And you don’t have to sit down and talk to them, letting them know all the ins and outs of what they are doing wrong. This is your own beautiful inner process which creates a new dynamic of freedom for you (and ultimately them). 
 
Notice the “what if, when I change, they change” and how your change occurs just by making a new choice in a moment (using all the tools you’ve learned in this program so far). And that creates overall change by default. Consider: “what if they don’t have to change in order for me to find peace; I do.” Capture your thoughts in your journal.

Day 12 - The Healing Observer
Today, we went on one of your most powerful journeys to you as “the observer.”
 
You are about to put on your superhero/superpower uniform and feel your significant power as you also play in the energy and embodiment of neutral.
 
The “observer you” allows you to see more and, as a result, to be more.
 
You will discover a level of space you didn't know was possible...
 
And sense a level of discernment with resulting command over your life and circumstances... that is the forefront to deep transformation of all that is upsetting and causing stress in your life.

Today’s Exercise:
 
Time to revisit the “what's right with your life” pages.
 
The first step is to review what you've been capturing. Record a little bit about what you've been feeling as you notice what's right in your life.
 
The next step is to up the ante and bring more consciousness into every day by identifying at least five things that are right in your life each day until at least day 21, and capturing them again in the “what's right with your life” area of your journal.

Day 13 - Space Traveler & Walnut Cracker
 
What if the circumstances of your life are just a pile of walnuts ready to be cracked?

Are you ready to simply be a walnut-cracker instead of a reactionary stress "pointer-atter?"

What if your life circumstances were just here to help you unwind those old beliefs and nothing more?

What if you can feel the feelings of upset and, instead of it being a "period" (as in a hard stop where stress is all there is and all that will always be)...

It is no longer a period but an "and"... an "and" which creates a pause into another moment that is transformative... and leads to more healing and eventually freedom?

These ideas and more were profoundly addressed on Day 13, creating deep healing and openings in the mind of possibilities.

PLUS you are about to go on an amazing journey to a part of you that lives in love, lives in neutral... and you will be seeded with this potent energy to bring it into your life and into the planet.

Today’s Exercise:
 
Did you notice the observer taking over in instances of stress? Did you notice the immediate space and capacity you had to move through it instead of letting it stop you?
 
Tap into that still point of the observer several times today and the in coming days… especially in a moment of upset or reaction.
 
Bring conscious awareness to that daily practice at least until the end of the 21 Days.
 
ALSO, use the observer, which is in that place of neutrality in love, to witness the 5 daily “what is right” in your life items (which you are capturing in your journal). What does it feel like to be in the observer as you notice what is right? Record these thoughts in your journal.

Day 14 - Healing Grief & Loss
 
What if the beliefs you have about what is causing the stress... is causing the stress?

Whether it's physical upset, financial upset, relationship upset... your thoughts about the circumstances are giving power to those circumstances AND creating stress.

As we "crack the walnuts" of the old emotions and beliefs by USING the current circumstances, two things happen (and not necessarily in this order)...

1) The stress decreases; you have space in your field to respond and make new choices, moving into the observer and the still point of healing.

2) The circumstances change because your vibrational field no longer requires that circumstance. 

You will use this understanding to move into part 2: releasing grief and loss...

Today was the 4th anniversary of my sister Abbie's death, so we did an STT Healing Session on grief and loss.

Potent, profound and core... we honored the part of us that experienced this deep loss the first time it happened and pulled the string of the whole of our grief.

We used our new tool, the "neutral no ball of power," to diffuse the old beliefs.

The resulting freedom and power is deep and life-changing.

Today’s Exercise:
 
Take a page in your journal and capture the answer to this question:
 
“In the light of my divine qualities (from bonus #2 on your Listening Salon, and Day 1), in the light of having more space, in the light of the ball of my neutral no, in the light of being a committed walnut-cracker of old beliefs… who am I now?”
 
Describe who you are; record the first things that come up when you ask that question.
 
Then ask, “In the light of that answer, what do I need now?” And capture those thoughts.
 
After you finish writing that answer, go back to the Day 1 exercise and compare the answers.
 
Then capture any thoughts about the differences.

Day 15 - Physical Healing
What are you pointing at with your magical index pointer finger?

What in your life do you constantly point at and, therefore, give power to? 

Is it what is right... or what is wrong?

If it is more to what is wrong, that's ok... just notice it. And use that moment to do STT, or one of your stress alleviators.

That "this is wrong" moment is preparing you, readying you to move forward, if you use it, when you find the pause to see it clearly as a habit of thinking.

This moment of understanding that which we pay attention to established an opening for healing the physical.

And a potent and transformational STT Session created amazing noticings of how the mind wants to avoid the old beliefs and unexpressed emotions.

This yielded a tangible paradigm shift in the physical.

A beautiful session!

Today’s Exercise:
 
This is Noticing Day! Notice what’s right, notice your emotions in the midst of a trigger, notice if you give yourself permission to do one of your Stress Alleviators (see Day 2 worksheet) and, if you won't, then notice that. Notice the pause before or just after a reaction and the new choice that is possible in that still point moment.
 
Continue to notice 5 things that are right today.
 
Notice if/when you complain or feel the need to justify and explain. What’s it like? Can you use that moment to make a new choice?
 
Notice what you are pointing at today. Is it moments of goodness, grace, love, what’s right… or is it what’s wrong and upsetting? Notice all of it.
 
Capture these many noticings in small sentences and paragraphs throughout this day.
 
Read what you wrote at the end of the day.
 
Notice what that feels like… do an STT on what’s there.

WOW, Wow, wow...

Day 16 is your portal to YOU.

You'll embark on a journey to knowing who you are, what you are, and why your circumstances are here for you at this time.

AND we unwound those parts of your circumstances that are no longer needed.

You are about to dance in your divine nature, embrace it, awaken it so deeply that each day from here on will reflect the knowing you have about who you REALLY are.

And in that knowing is an ignition to know more, receive more and honor the divine dance that is your life.... now creating and manifesting your life in hues of love and abundance.

Give yourself a few extra minutes at the end to just sit in one of the most refined still points you may have ever experienced.

Today’s Exercise:
 
When you think about what your soul came here to play with, to experiment with…
 
What is the first thing that comes to mind when you consider that?
 
Write a little in your journal about that “first thing.”
 
Now think about your amazing divine qualities (from the bonus #2 audio and the Day 1 call). How are they in alignment with what your soul came to play with? Capture your thoughts on that.
 
Now, imagine with me right now (just pretend)… if your qualities were totally in action, ignited and consciously used by you… how might your expression of being differ in this moment and in your life?
 
Notice that divine expression of you in play mode; describe it to yourself… allow it in… claim it. (And so it is.)

Day 17 - Your Re-Birth
 
Day 17 was a potent day of deep, abiding re-patterning.

We created a whole new life as we saw ourselves prepare for this lifetime before we actually arrived.

Then we watched ourselves come into conception and gestation and never forgot who we are.

Growing up in our divine power, and knowing our brilliant qualities, we created a life of power, purpose and remarkable compassion.

We witnessed ourselves grow up and, by consciously being the "divine spark," we manifested grace, ease and neutral love wherever we went.

Those around us changed; the dynamics of every part of our life was one of magnificence, gratitude, love and stillness.

And it is in us now. It is a memory that can dominate your field and supersede any of the old memories...

Seeing a whole new life.

Today’s Exercise Is The Spark for Today's Healing Session:
 
This is pure pretend and fantasy time… it’s playtime…
 
Imagine you were born without any separation, that you remember who you are... That you never once doubted your soul's journey. Your divine gifts were so present and obvious that anyone who dismissed them, you simply saw them as having a temporary blindness.
 
Imagine you grew up knowing your great power and gifts.
 
See yourself at different ages with this knowing as part of your being. What might change in your life experiences? How might they be different with you constantly in your power and knowing?
 
Embody this “new story.” What does it feel like to be you, living your full life as the truth of your divine nature?
 
Describe this, feel this, embody this and know, that in some distant alternate universe, this may actually be true. Capture your thoughts in your journal.

Feel yourself anchored in a stance of strength and power in the white space of neutral, concentrated love.

What if there were a natural protection that surrounds you in this strength pose of presence, stillness and grace?
 
Sense the world around you from this framework of “being.”
 
Notice that the world still turns but you are you not it… in other words, you are part of the world but not “at the effect of” (not being impacted by) the world.
 
What if being in this still point of strength enables you to emanate a vibration of strength so potent that… it’s like you are an actual prism of this strength, grace and calm?
 
Witness the mechanism of how that energy influences the circumstance of your life… and individuals, resources MUST respond to that energy.
 
What if you, in this energy, contribute to opening your channels to receive pressed down and overflowing?
 
Describe what this is like… shine the light of consciousness on your power in this moment of strength and stillness… capture this in your journal.

Day 19 - Releasing The Attachments To/From Others
It was soul-cleaning day on Day 19.
 
You will go on a sacred journey to release all the ties that bind us to others.

You will dissolve these attachments and free yourself of this undercurrent of constant tension.

What if you are a powerful creator?
 
What if you have the power within you to manifest what you truly desire? Imagine what it would be like if your whole being was like a big Harry Potter magic wand that you could use to create what you want.
 
And, in this moment, you beheld the secret of activating this wand… and that secret is: just being you.
 
What if being safe in you, trusting your soul's path, approaching your life with a renewed open heart of compassion and love for you (and all) was the secret thing that woke you up as your own magic wand of creation?
 
Tap into this imagining right now… notice what it would feel like if it were true.
 
Keep feeling that for a bit more...

Who might you be in your day-to-day life?

Firefox > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content > Clear Now > OK
Click the main Firefox button in the upper-left corner of the browser window and select “Options” from the right side of the resulting drop-down menu. Choose the “Advanced” tab located on the right-hand side of the navigation bar and select the “Network” sub-tab underneath. Click the “Clear Now” button within the “Cached Web Content” section near the top, then click the OK button on the bottom-right corner of the window.

Google Chrome users:
Open settings from the upper right corner. Choose the “Clear browsing data…” tab and check the box next to “Empty the cache.” Click the button “Clear browsing data” at the bottom. Exit and re-launch the browser.

Internet Explorer users:
Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing history > Delete… Check the box directly left of “Temporary Internet files and websites files” and click the gray “Delete” button in the bottom-right corner of the window. Exit and re-launch the browser.

Safari users (Mac):
Choose Develop > Empty Caches from the upper toolbar (use Preferences to show it, if needed). Exit and re-launch the browser.
